Versli Lapė, Public Institution, is a Klaipėda-based non-governmental organisation established to strengthen women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, civic resilience and responsible communication.

We believe that active women — entrepreneurs, professionals, community representatives and engaged citizens — can become important multipliers of trust, critical thinking and resilience within their local environments.

Our work combines women’s empowerment, strategic communication, media literacy, community dialogue and practical training. We work through small-group meetings, mentoring, discussions, local initiatives and partnerships.

Versli Lapė is a new organisation, but it is built on the experience of its founder and partner network in communication, public relations, international cooperation, business development, women’s networking and community engagement.

For project implementation, we bring together trainers, communication specialists, media literacy experts, community representatives and a wider partner network.

Projects & Partnerships

Versli Lapė aims to develop practical projects that strengthen women’s ability to participate actively in civic, economic and community life.

Our project areas include training, discussions, mentoring programmes, communication initiatives and community events. We pay particular attention to women in Western Lithuania, representatives of smaller communities, small business owners, members of non-governmental organisations and active citizens.

We are open to cooperation with public institutions, embassies, international organisations, business associations, educational institutions and the non-governmental sector.

Project Implementation Capacity

We can ensure the full project cycle: activity planning, participant registration, coordination of trainers and experts, event organisation, social media communication, partner engagement, feedback collection and reporting.

Planned Initiative: Women Civic Resilience Labs

A practical training and discussion programme for women in Klaipėda and Western Lithuania, designed to strengthen media literacy, resilience to disinformation, critical thinking, responsible communication and community dialogue.
